Gorgeous day today after all the rainy weather in past weeks. Ran from Haiku community center almost to Twin Falls and back. 12.5 miles, 2:06:07. Much faster than I did that run the last time. There were birds singing amazing melodies as they woke up to the day, traffic was steady but no erratic drivers. Other runners and cyclists sent friendly greetings. My body felt strong and happy. Now I'm drinking a smoothie with c2o coconut water (my amazing sponsor) and raspberries and Vega Sport Recovery Accelerator (another great sponsor). Absolutely fabulous. Maui no ka oi.
