Morning Run

The bright orb of the harvest moon hangs in the sky, a rainbow pours from a cloud bank over the West Maui Mountains. I spy a calm sea over the crooked headstones in an ancient Japanese graveyard. Dragonfruit hang from the night blooming cereus at the side of the road. Even a run along a highway can be alluring on Maui. Five leisurely miles roll by effortlessly with the distraction of beauty all around me.
